What Staywiz does

Staywiz is a management platform for hostels, PG accommodation and long-stay rental properties. Owners and their staff use it to run the day-to-day operation of a building:

• Bookings and enquiries — room and bed availability, enquiries from prospective guests, reservations, check-in and check-out.
• Rent and invoicing — monthly rent cycles, prorated first periods, advance rent, security deposits and refunds.
• Electricity billing — meter readings per room and shared meters split fairly between the guests on them.
• Tenant records — guest profiles, identity verification, emergency contacts and stay history.
• Reporting — occupancy, collections and outstanding balances for each property.

The platform is used through this website and through the Staywiz mobile apps for Android and iOS. Guests of a property can also use it to view their own bookings, invoices and payments.
